At Umme Hani Official, we deliver orders across Pakistan using reliable courier services. We aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and within the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to standard orders within Pakistan.
FREE Delivery is available on all orders above Rs. 4,000.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email.

You can use the tracking information to follow the status of your parcel.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier services, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen situations.
